Banana Cup Cake


2 ½ c cake flour
5-6 pcs. of banana
1 t baking powder
¾ c butter
1 ¾ c sugar
5 pcs. eggs


Sift flour, measure dry ings. Cream butter, add sugar gradually continue beating until the mixture is light and fluffy. Frequently beat until it separate the side of the bowl. Drop the eggs into the mixture one at a time. Beat well add dry ings. Set aside. Mash the banana and add flour mixture. Blend well.
