Pineapple Upside down Cake


2 ½ c cakeflour
1 c sugar
½ c pineapple juice
1 t vanilla
8 pcs. eggs
1 can pineapple slice
1 t baking powder
½ c oil
½ c raisins
½ c brown sugar


Assemble all needed tools and ings. Sift and measure all dry ings. Combine together. Make a well at the center. Place the liquid ings. at the center of the well and blend thoroughly. Beat egg whites until fluffy and fold in the batter mixture. Grease baking pan with butter and sprinkle brown sugar. Put the pineapple slice on the pan and sprinkle with raisins. Then pour the mixture. Bake at 350o F until done.
